The lady at the the front desk was very rude and spoke to me like I was a dog when I was making a delivery.

Out of the 11 reviews on this company we can clearly see that they are not true the reason for the rating is not even in a statement with the so-called persons responsible for posting a review why do they believe and feel the company should be rated with so many stars? there is not statement because these are fake review posts by some employees to make the company look as if its a good company. But this honest review I am posting reflects the true image of what is really going on behind the doors of Midwest Veterinary Supply Inc. First of all let me start with some background. I recently was an employee here and worked for about a little over a month. They do not hire directly and employees are hired through temporary services the particular service I was employed through was CORE Personnel but they have several other companies like Coast and Employee Solutions as well. In the past month or so that I had been employed there I witnessed the treatment of Black employees in particular as deplorable, disrespectful, racist, sexist and expendable. It is a environment very close to slave owners during slavery in the South especially in Texas. Black people were fired I would say in record numbers and often for no reason other than whatever a Team Lead could make up and mainly for the simple reason of they dont like Black people in particular and you dont fit in very specific categories such a White Female homesexual, Black female homesexual, coon passive type Black person, a Mexican and a Black/Mexican person that is having sex with many other coworkers even married women sleeping with coworkers in the warehouse and mixed couple relationships if you dont fit those categories and you are a real Black person with professionalism and moral values and integrity you will be fired or let go for any reason they can think of basically. I was let go for asking a co-worker to help me lift a box over 50 pounds. It is a safety policy to get assistance with packages over 50 pounds so I really don't get the problem the Team lead had of me asking for assistance of lifting a package over 50 lbs Team Lead Melissa is a White Homosexual (Butch like) woman named Melissa and her co signer Butch like White Female homosexual partner Shelia neither of them lift boxes of fifty pounds or more by the way what issue could they have had with me a Hetorosexual Black woman asking any co-workers for assistance lifting a box over 50 pounds. Especially when White employees women and Mexican women ask for assistance and Black women that are coons passive asks that and they are assisted. When I say Black Coons that currently work in this company I need to illustrate you examples such as a Black woman named Miss Anna will tell you as a whisper that she has been working in this company for 9 years and she has not been promoted in a position of Leadership. She told me she had been promoted once and the company basically turned around and took her from that Leadership position and demoted her back down and told her she wasn't catching on fast enough to the new position. SHe also said she returned from a vacation and didn't know she was demoted but they told her upon returning from her vacation that she had been demoted. Furthermore, she went on to inform me that the Lead position was offered and accepted by a Mexican man named Omar and that he was also given the position with a pay increase yet they had told her the lead position when she had it did not come with a pay increase. When She told me this information it was after a meeting we had with the VP of the company called a meeting to discuss updates about concerns they company was having with the implementation of a new system. The VP of this company is a white man that tells his story as an former employee that worked for 3 yrs in the warehouse like most of the other employees and now after 3 years he is the VP of the company. Now, I have so much more to add to this review and the main point that I want vendors, employees and supporters of this business to know is DISCRIMINATION HERE NEEDS TO END. PART 2 NEXT

Good place to work wish they was spread out a little bit and have some stuff in a different bin instead of boxes and have a update R.F.Scanner. wish they can hire good peoples back that the only things sucks.

Just say bring home the bacon
