I called Club Hill on a Friday afternoon because my schnauzer was having some eye issues. They were able to get us in the same afternoon, even as a new patient. The techs were incredibly kind and gentle and I loved the doc. They were efficient and thorough and we left with medication and feeling much better. We have found our new vet home. Highly recommend.
This is the first time I've called this vet, but my regular vet rarely answers the phone (have to leave msge.) & I needed someone this morning. Club Hill answered my call & was caring & professional.nnMy dog died during the night & i needed to have her cremated. They gave me info, then gently took her in right away. All was professional, efficient, & caring. When i adopt my next pet, this vet will be my first choice to help me care for them.
I was going to give 5 stars but I can’t believe that they don’t have a website at least. Obviously not an app to schedule appointments or see history of our beloved animals. I understand Dr De Witt wants to keep her clinic family oriented but by not accepting that the world has changed this will only lead to his business to die. The crew suffers with this lack of standard technology. Dr De Witt I love you but you are acting pretty selfish.
We've visited Dr. Jan for about two years now. Her and her staff are wonderful, even when speaking to them over the phone. The prices are really fair. Even during the pandemic, they have done a great job at minimizing how many pet owners are in the office at once. We've never had a bad experience at this clinic, we are usually in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Finding a good vet is hard! Finding a sincere honest transparent professional is rare! That’s how I would describe Dr. Dewitt!! My only regret: we didn’t find her sooner!!! Sam has just become a new patient. We came for a second opinion and will be doing additional evaluations with a specialist she recommended. She wants to follow up with consult results and help us make a decision together. Staff is courteous and nice!!! Thank you!!!
