I thought I loved this place until the reception caught an attitude for being called out. I took off work because I was informed I could bring my 6week and 1yr old dogs to the vet. When calling the day of the same lady KIRA said oh no we don’t have openings you need to schedule for wed or Thursday. I was told there was no scheduling available and would have to call the day of which I did. So now when I call the day of setting appointments is now an option. I’m missing money at this point and that’s crazy I called ahead for that exact reason!!! When trying to figure out why the information is changing Kira placed me on a hold in mid sentence. Being in customer service that is not something you do... absolutely LOVED this vet... but that’s not how treat paying people that are inconvenienced by you and your services!!! Waiting to speak with the manager, but thinking of changing vets. I don’t do well with disrespect to a paying customer.
Love this vet, they’ve been around since I was a little girl. Even with changing staff over the years, they’ve always stayed professional and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad visit here. You’ve saved a couple of our cats’ lives and been so supportive when we’ve had to say goodbye. Thank you for all the years of cat care, Rowlett Vet!
I love this clinic. My animals are always treated very well and both medical and office staff are great to work with. Super easy to make an appointment! My cat does not like strangers and yet he always trusts and nuzzles the staff here. Amazing facility!
Just overall great quality care! Dr. Henson was very thorough in explaining our Teddy’s exam and aftercare. Rowlett Veterinary will definitely be our only choice for our Teddy’s care! 1st visit and we felt happy with how the office handled the appointment from beginning to end. This pet hospital shows they care!
I love this place! My cat needed help quick and my vet was booked up. I was referred here and was very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic care! I had the same happen with my dog so back I came. Think I'll make them my regular vet.
