They stick to rules on not giving out information. Was trying to find out if Rocky had his rabies shots. My gave him to me when he was a year old.

Dr. Clauss is a VERY smart woman who does a phenomenal job of communicating with us and sharing her thoughts. One thing I love and admire is that she and Dr. Shurtleff do not charge for followup visits.nnHowever, we have spent hundreds of dollars and numerous hours in her office while my dog gets sicker and sicker. I'm not sure that I can totally blame Dr. Clauss with a clear conscience, but it is definitely frustrating!
