Ordered flowers for Valentine's day and received a completely different order and was missing chocolates, bear and balloons which I paid extra for. When I called to inquire about the order I was hung up on by Tonie. When I called back I was blocked. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This is just wrong.
Never again! I told the florist the florist specifically what I wanted in the arrangement. I specified NO ROSES! I told her 3 times. I hate roses! She put roses. After I asked her why, she got upset and told me not to come back again. It also smells really bad in that place.

flowers were dying and wilted and deliver the next day after funeral had left. never again!
i order from this shop and they cancel my order and keep my money and told me not to order no more from them. when i went to shop she call me ugly names.
