One of my dogs killed what I thought at the time was a rat(it was actually a baby possum) around midnight. She had a small wound by her eye so I played it safe and got her checked. I'm extremely impressed with this clinic. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the vet did a great job in letting me know what she thought would be the best treatment and she took her time making sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed.

My cat was having urinary issues and I could not find a vet hospital that had any appointments. Town and country told me to drive up and they would take care of my cat. They were so quick and communicative on the whole process and it turned out not to be a major issue with my cat. I love this place and would highly recommend it to any of my family and friends.

I came to this vet after I was waiting for hours at a different emergency vet. I called to see if Town and Country was able to see my cat with an emergency. They said to bring him right in and they took him in within minutes. I was kept informed of everything, the staff & dr were awesome. They took great care for my baby. I do have a normal vet that I love but this one is a very close second and if it's after hours or if my vet can't get my babies in I now know where I can go with full confidence and trust. I arrived at my dogs appointment on time and it took an almost hour for her to be seen. Then, they didn’t remember why I had an appointment. The lady that took my dog inside was very sweet and nice to me and my dog. She even went in to see if I could get a spay appointment since I was already there. She went over what would be more affordable for my dogs spaying. Which was to get my dogs blood work done before the appointment. So I did that. Then when then the office lady called me she told me a completely different situation on how it all worked and had nothing to do with whether she got her blood work done early or not. Not to mention whoever I was speaking to was talking at me and not friendly at all. I don’t feel comfortable being told two different reasons and then being talked down to. I have decided to keep looking around for a different place to get my dogs spaying done.nEdit: The response to my review is confirmation that I need to take her somewhere else. My dog is female and SHE is NOT in a cast. I went to this vet hospital to inquire about a spaying.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog Charlie! (He got bit by a rattlesnake) If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone showed care and concern. They made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Theynwere great when I would call to check on my dog! For emergency services... I feel they were extremely fair with the pricing. Even received a hefty refund. I am grateful! Thank you!!!
