They were great! First free visit with coupon on website. Affordable vaccines. Only paid $50 to get our cat fully vaccinated. Then they helped with her matted hair and did it all within an hour. Super affordable and quick. They called the next day to check on her. Very happy. I want to take my dog there in the future!

Veterinarian and staff are always helpful. I chose Banfield for all my puppy wellness exams/vaccines and after research, it just seemed like the more better option, price wise. So far I'm pleased with what Banfield offers! Appointments are easy to schedule and the app helps keep me informed on all past visits and records.

I’m very disappointed with this location. My dog was pretty sick and SURPRISINGLY they were able to get her in the next day. I told them I didn’t want a drop off appointment. I went back to my car with my 18mth old baby and waited for them to call me. Finally after about 2 hours I called them to check on her status. They told me she was scheduled as a drop off. I was not happy because I was very specific about not wanting a drop off appointment. AND I had a crying little one in the car getting frustrated. After talking to them a couple of times they agreed to go ahead and see her. We got her meds and went home. After a week I get a call from the Dr giving me results on something they biopsied and told me she was septic. Thankfully the Dr gave her antibiotics to start when we came in. The Dr told me that I needed to schedule her to come in for a follow up pretty quick to see if more antibiotics were needed. When I called they didn’t have anything a few days later.. it was at least a week out. I told them the Dr specifically told me to let them know I needed to come in quickly and they didn’t seem to care. My dog is starting to feel ill again and I won’t be able to bring her in until a week from now. Why is it that difficult to get an appointment with them? They never have appointments available for something right away. How is this supposed to help my dog? As soon as the plan is up for my dogs I will no longer be taking them there. It’s only getting worse with scheduling appts with them. They are definitely a corporate office... they don’t care.

This spot is Covid positive. I asked the management of they are shouting down for sanitation. I have a immune comprised kid and my mother is at risk. She avoided my question, so I can't sit on this where a lot of people can be affected because one of her staff is positive. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION UNTIL THE MANAGEMENT SHUTS DOWN THE CLINIC FOR SANITATION.
