This veterinarian was a pandemic lifesaver. When other vets were not allowing the pet parent inside to talk to vet, this vet did. For visits other than routine/preventative, it is essential that the parent communicate directly with the vet.nnCONS:nn*You MUST use their in-office or on-line pharmacy. They WILL NOT write a prescription to fill elsewhere.n*They seem to be money-driven. Do not blindly accept all offered services. This does not affect their quality of care, and they understand when you are working with limited funds. (It's OK to ask for cheaper alternatives)nnPROS:nn*Walk-ins allowedn*Several vets availablen*Service prices are reasonablen*Expanded hours/emergency servicen*Transparent on all charges, up frontn*Staff is courteous and capablennIf this veterinarian would allow for prescriptions to be filled elsewhere, I would rate it higher.

I adore how much they care about my animals and take the time to individualize each animal. Thank yall for always giving them the best care!!!

They’re usually pretty good but that time the employee made it way harder than it needed to be just to try and save a 2 month old kitten but no they’d tell us 1 thing and I agree then call me back snd change what they said . Made me not ever want to take my animals and we’ve been with them for years maybe it’ll be better next time they’re usually so helpful

We brought our puppy in here after she had parvo to receive her fluids by iv and when we returned home she refused to put weight on her leg. When we brought her back in they said she was fine. Turns out she had gotten a cyst from the dirty needle they had used and when they gave her an exam they popped it and it started to eat away at her muscles. Our puppy almost lost a leg because of them and now we’re about to have a dead cat because they refuse to service us because we are not over 18. My boyfriend brought a dog and the puppy in when he was 15 with no issues. I will no longer be coming here for emergencies as I don’t want another animal to end up sick because of the faulty services they provide. Please don’t bring your pets and livestock here.

Dr. Syler and her Techs kept me informed throughout my dogs pregnancy. The Csection and meds where affordable. Gives me a peace of mind that they're just a call away if any complications at home.
