Such an excellent experience! The staff is so friendly! We just moved to the area from out of state and really wanted to find a good veterinarian and we did! We went in for a check up in the morning left and was literally back in 30 minutes because our puppy cut herself. They squeezed us in stitched her up and we were good! Highly recommend!!
We take all of our rescues here along with our personal dogs. Most everyone here is so kind and caring. Dr James and Dr Stephanie are amazing at what they do, explaining their decisions and recommendations at every turn. Although a rarity, if Dr James isn't sure about the answer, he researches and reads everything about it. They treat each animal as if it was their own. I have 100% confidence in them!
Had to put my sweet kitty a 15 years to sleep. I will be taking all my animals there for their check-ups from now on I love the place the staff was phenomenal
I am not sure why they advertise a 24/7 emergency call number. I was referred to this clinic and I left a message an NO ONE called me back on the weekend. I am a paying customer and would of gladly paid any price for the care of my animal but no one called me back. I then find out that if you aren’t an “established” customer they won’t call you back. Then how does one become established with a vet? Never given the opportunity and told the person that referred me that it’s ridiculous. I thought a vet clinic provided a service I guess I was wrong.
I was extremely happy with their genuine concern and prayers for my dog. The Christian approach to vet medicine helped my family!
