Holly at Rebecca's floral boutique made my day!!! I had ordered flowers through a wire service instead of buying locally and what was delivered wasn't close to what what I ordered. I ordered what was advertised as a huge display of roses and carnations. What my wife got was a puny arrangement of 6 roses and 6 carnations. The wire service advertisement was showing at least a dozen of each. And I had bought the second largest display. I contacted Rebecca's and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Holly. We spoke at length about the issue and Holly was EXTREMELY helpful and compassionate!!! She is awesome! She took care of the problem with no cost to me. I am super impressed and will use Rebecca's from now on. Holly made my day!!
I called to place an order. They were extremely helpful with photos and I gave them a price range they said they could work with. Before sending out the flowers they sent me a photo and the flowers were just beautiful. I would highly recommend using this business for any of your floral needs. Thank you!
Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. My first question was do you deliver to this address. Was told yes. Then was called 10 minutes later abs told they would not. Charged my card and I’m fighting them to get refunded. Holly having to research more. Poor service!
