We ordered online. We went to the place because the fruit wouldn't come and it wasn't even open. It also seemed like it was closed for a long time and they are still taking people's money so it is a con. I reported them to the BBB. Also, I never received a refund. ud83dude41nI'm editing this post. I received a response saying there's a new owner. Hopefully the service is much better
We purchased the largest arrangement offered for our administrator. Although I was hesitant based on reviews, it was fantastic! The fruit was fresh and the bouquet was beautiful! The customer service was top notch. I will definitely be purchasing from here again. It was the hit of the day!
Took my chances to order a fruit, cookie, and cheesecake platter and it was a waste of time and money. The platter had soggy cookies, the chocolate from the strawberry's were literally falling off, the cheesecake was mushy and gritty, everything in the tray tasted like you were eating dirt it was full of grit. It seemed as if this order was just thrown together. If this is what all expectations are, this store should spend more time valuing their customers and putting forward more effort to deliver a great customer experience. I will know next time to go with my first mind and not order from this edible arrangements again.
We had a last minute invitation to join friends for dinner. We needed to bring something and Edible came to mind. Fresh fruits, thankfully they had what we needed on hand. Only negative is that the prices are a little higher than we expected.
Had a wonderful experience with edible arrangements today 12/15/2020! I called to ask for a custom order of fruit for my sons daycare Christmas party tomorrow and the ladies were wonderful and the order was made to my satisfaction. ud83dude03 will definitely order from them again.
