Ordered flowers for a friend around noon and a beautiful arrangement was delivered to her a short time later. She sent me a picture of the flowers. The arrangement was just as pictured and flowers looked fresh. I was very pleased with my order.

I have used this florist frequently in the past and even sang their praises to several colleagues over the years. I apologize to everyone who has ever received a recommendation from me about this place.nnThe owner was not only rude, but she also LIED to me when I had to call for the second time to follow up on an order that I placed FIVE DAYS ago that was supposed to be for same day delivery. When I called her out on the lie, she then admitted that they had simply been TOO BUSY to deliver my order.nnIt was only at the end of the conversation that she said the words I wanted to hear from the beginning: “I’m sorry.” HOWEVER, she didn’t say she was sorry that they had not delivered the order, or that she lied to me about it, or that her company had made a mistake. She said she was sorry I was upset.nnWord to the wise: If you own a business, take responsibility for your actions and tell customers what they want to hear. “I’m so sorry we messed up. I will make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible because your satisfaction is important to me.”nnI don’t expect perfection, and I know that things don’t always go as planned, but this could have been handled so much better than it was.nnTheir website boasts of their 50 years of experience and friendly, prompt service. I would suggest it is perhaps time to make some revisions to those claims.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to a friend who recently dealt with the death of a loved one. I was worried that it wasn’t going to go well because of the several one star reviews. However, they delivered the flowers on a timely basis and they looked nice and looked like what I ordered. I’m glad I went with this place.
