Lakeway Animal Hospital

We are new to Lakeway Animal Hospital. The first time we were there we had to euthanize our older dog due to cancer. They were so understanding and patient with us. We then decided to use them as our new vet for our other dog as well. He just had his first appt and they did amazing with him. Prices are good for the value.

When our puppy, Daphne, chewed on a cord and ingested copper wire, we knew we had to get her to a Veterinarian. Daphne had never been to Lakeway Animal Hospital, and was welcomed by the staff. At the time, we weren't prepared for this emergency or the cost. The staff offered information for Care Credit, and was informative, helping us make a terrible situation more bearable. While waiting on Daphne's x-ray to develop, the sweet assistants thought our Daphne deserved a manicure. What a treat, for her! When the veterinarian explained the diagnosis, and what we should look for in terms of worsening symptoms, she gave Daphne a few cans of food that would help bind the wires so they would be easier for her to pass. Daphne was not traumatized, but loved on like she was their own pet! Now, that's the treatment all dogs deserve! (Human's too!). We were thoroughly impressed with Lakeway Animal Hospital! Daphne says it's 5 star review-worthy!!! We can't thank them enough, for being there for our precious puppy-baby! Daphne is thriving, once again!

After 2 Emergency visits and taking our cat to another vet we lost hope.We thought we were going to lose him. The odds were against us. We could not afford expensive surgery. We are so thankful we found Dr. Wheeler. She took boots in and didn't give up on him. She worked hard and she saved our Boots. He had PU surgery and is recovering. Dr. Wheeler did an amazing job. I would reccomend her to everyone. We know we have a long road to recovery but we are so thankful we have Dr. Wheeler as our Vet.

When it was time for my beloved mastiff, Spirit, to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff at Lakeway Animal Hospital was so helpful and understanding. The veternarian walked me through the stages of what to expect and stayed with me through the process. Her ashes were returned in a beautiful urn and the casting of her paw print was just a wonderful touch. Thank you so much for your love and understanding and quality of care you offer to our family members.

This is a nice bet office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Dr's are great. They have treated my pup as if she was their own. They dont rush through. They answer any questions you have. I really love this place and so does my pup. I would recommend this office to anyone needing care for their animals. I know I will keep going back.
