I’m going to share about euthanazing my dog at WesVet...it’s not the fun part of dog ownership, but it is the last act we take to care for our dogs.nnI had an old dog. Dr Wes had seen him once at a previous clinic, but he was not his primary vet. Old dog had been trouncing long just fine...but within 24 hours the old dog deteriorated drastically. It was horrible to watch, and we knew it was time. We wanted so much to provide at home euthanasia for our sweet pet, but there were no open slots- and time was of the essence. We called Dr Wes and despite only knowing use tangentially through previousnClinic, he made room in his schedule to fit us in. Even during the pandemic he gave us a private space to be with our dog, he did quick exam and confirmed it was “time”. The process he used was the same used by Laps of Love or other in home euthanasia services: top notch- painless- peaceful. Dr gave us plenty of space and time to grieve and say goodbye. We were not rushed at all. Losing a pet is always devastating, but WesVet made it a peaceful experience for us and dog.nnThe staff at WesVet genuinely care about the pets and clients. I will return again & again.

Dr. Wes and his team are very professional and took great care of my dog. Extremely thorough and give so much care and attention to each appointment. Very patient with my nervous dog. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great experience. I was referred to this place by someone. My Great Pyrenees was sick and they took amazing care of him. Very friendly and professional staff. They are knowledgeable and explain everything to you. They took great care of my sweet boy. We will be back. 10/10. they also have covid precautions which was great!

Dr. Wes is great!! They were very knowledgeable about our dog and showed a genuine concern about figuring out what was wrong. They stayed late to insure we found the problem, and they did!nnThe reason it was our first time here is because our old vet said they couldn’t fit our dog in for 2 days. WesVet said bring him with no hesitation, even though they were also booked up. It’s great to have a doctor that shows you they care about your pet just like you do.nn10/10 would recommend and they have a life long customer!

Highly Recommend! The doctor and staff are communicative and genuinely kind. Before proceeding with the next step of the visit for our kitten, Dr. Wes came out and provided detailed feedback and explained projected prices for potential treatment options. I’m happy we landed here!
