I had a terrible experience with this store!nI Ordered through edible arrangements online and choose this store, I had two orders of over $100 each so a total of $200 Plus. They delivered one order. When I called to ask where is the other order, the so called “owner” stated that he delivered it himself and had the nerves to say that me being the sender does not know what was delivered. Insisting that he will go back to the delivery address and check all that was delivered!!!nSo he did and of course there was nothing.nnKept fighting with me about the number of balloons delivered!nnEven after all this there was no apology! Neither from him nor from his store employees whom I spoke with multiple times.nnEveryone makes mistakes and that is okay. What matters is how you handle those mistakes and if you have the decency to own up to your mistakes and make an effort to make it a pleasant experience for your customer.nNO ONE has the time or energy to try to get a free order from you!!nnUnfortunately the joy that was intended with these edible arrangements is totally ruined. He ruined the special occasion for my sister who delivered a few days ago.nnMy sincere advice to anyone who is ordering edible arrangements: please don’t ruin your special occasion by choosing this store.nnUPDATE: I appreciate receiving a follow up call the next day by I believe the regional manager, Sandy.nShe took the time to hear my concerns. She apologized and offered a half refund on my order and sending an apology box of edible arrangements to my sister, It was made clear that the intent for the review is not to get a refund or an apology box but to help people be aware and cautious. And feedback for the business to improve.nnAlthough I refused a refund and apology box. I was informed by my sister that an apology box was sent.nnSandy I want to thank you again for taking the time to address my concerns. Much appreciated. Adding a star because of you.

They make great holiday gifts for my child's teacher. $5 for a personal cheese cake. At those prices I bought several for the whole 4th grade team.

UPDATE TO ADD-nI am changing my review to 5 starts, from 2 stars. Just from the customer service alone!nThis location called me today, and apologized that the flowers were not perfect and beautiful. They let me know that they will be RE-DELIVERING new flowers AND new strawberries! Wow, I truly did not expect that.nI am very pleased with how they handled receiving a not so good review, and that they wanted to make it right. Super awesome!nMy new bouquet is BEAUTIFUL and all of the flowers are alive and gorgeous. And of course the strawberries are delicious. My husband is super happy that they sent new flowers and got his money’s worth. Very very pleased with how they handled this!nnMy husband surprised me, & had ordered me a bouquet of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. Although the delivery driver was kind, my bouquet was pretty smashed, with a few dead flowers and lots of petals were already falling off of the sunflowers :/ kind of disappointing considering my husband spent nearly $90. Not sure if there’s something that needed to be handled differently/ more gently before handed over to the delivery driver, or if this is how the flowers always arrive.. needless to say my husband was pretty bummed out when I sent him a picture of my bouquet and wished he would have just got the chocolate strawberries instead.nI did take a picture but i don’t know how to add the picture to my review.. but yeah, what a bummer! at least my strawberries tasted good.

My husband ordered for. 3 yr olds birthday. It didn’t show up until after 4pm, it was a $90.00 order. By the time it arrived the family was no longer there. Was supposed to have a balloon and no balloon They apologized which was nice and said she would refund the money for the balloon. Gave me reasons of not enough employees at the time. That just didn’t settle enough for me DISAPPOINTMENT. We have ordered every time I come to Tennessee. Never again

Terrible customer service. My best friend tried to surprise me with a gift and they brought it earlier than requested, so nobody was home. They didn’t provide picture proof that they delivered it to the right house so they said it got “stolen off the porch” and that “there’s nothing we can do about it.” Didn’t even offer the bare minimum, a discount or credit to go towards the next order. I’ve always wanted one of these but I’m never going to support this business now. Totally unprofessional. Couldn’t be more disappointed.nnUpdate: they fixed the issue and it was deLICIOUS.
