This is Marc Primeaux,nnI have been going to White Rose for now just over 8nyears and love all these ladies, they are very respectful and know my wife and I by name and all our animals. I do see there are a lot of negative post on here about them but that seems to be the style when something goes wrong post about it and let people know but when things goes good they don't post about it. But I am here to tell everyone that I know that this is the best Vet for me and my dogs, they all love going here just to visit.
I had a cat with an emergency issue just before a holiday. They worked me in, treated my cat very well and followed up with a phone call. I even got a card in the mail! Great customer service and super friendly people. Will definitely use again!
I've been taking my oldest dog here 10 year's and everytime the vet's are honest on what is best course of action. I did take my other pets to closer clinics, but I didn't get the best result either financially or the pets health didn't improve. When people ask my why I chose this clinic over others, it's due to their great vet's and being straightforward and honest.
They are an awesome veterinary clinic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Sylvia is great with all the animals she sees. Thank you Dr. Sylvia for all you do. You are awesome.
