I placed an order for my Aunt’s 70th birthday today - I live in NY and the woman who took my call was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with me since I was arranging this with multiple families. She gave me a few ideas on what we can do. After taking her recommendations plus our ideas and our budget in mind they put together a beautiful arrangement. They even sent us photos prior to delivering the arrangement. Thank you for being so accommodating and so nice to work with!
I received a beautiful arrangement of roses on Saturday. By Tuesday they were all dying. I called Hummingbird and explained what was going on. They graciously offered to replace the flowers with a new arrangement the following day. The new arrangement is even more beautiful than the first one.
I received flowers from Chewy.com and they went thru you're business. The gentleman that delivered them today was such a sweetheart. The flower arrangement was gorgeous and I absolutely love the name of you're business
Received a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day that look more like sympathy flowers. Called and went back to express our displeasure and they did not try to make it right. We didn't ask for money back just to make it look more inviting. Never again will they get a dime from us. I'm very disappointed trying to support local businesses during a pandemic and got burned. Will use another florist in the future.
I was just blown over with delight when I saw the bouquet I ordered for my parents 50th anniversary. To take the idea of my mom's bouquet of daisies and enhance it with her wedding colors - just beautiful! Thank you!
