I have known Dr. Kendra for almost 10 years. Any time i have ever had an animal question she has been willing to help. She always treats my animals with love and tenderness. I trust her with my fur babies 110%. She always has their best interests at heart.
I left TWO messages that I was in need of euthanasia for my cat. Not even the courtesy of a returned call. Disgusting organization. EDIT TO ADD AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: Incorrect. When we called, your message said you were accepting new clients for euthanasia. Maybe you since have changed the message, but that is NOT what it said when I called. Doesn't excuse no returned call anyway.
Dr Levy is a fantastic caring vet. She takes wonderful care of Lucy my lab. I appreciate Dr Levy and James. Very compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.
James and Kendra have been our primary Vet for several years. These guys are awesome. Recently our 6 pound Yorkie-Poo has some serious dental issues and the only option was to extract all of my dogs teeth. She also had an issue from a teet that was infected and she developed mastitis. Unsure what to do I took their advice and my little girl did awesome. All of her teeth were extracted and her mass was removed in the (did I mention that they also spayed her all in the same operation) James decided that he wanted to watch her through the night to make sure that there were no issues. They picked her up, dropped her off and she is a new little princess! These guys go out of their way to help and they truly love animals. These people provide an invaluable service.
Have used them in the past, but will never use them again, and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Spoke with the vet's husband last week and was told I'd get a confirmation call back by 8/10/18, have called them 3 more times and left messages. Still no call back as of today, 8/15/18. Very poor customer service!nn***Thank you for your response; however, to clarify, you specifically said that you would confirm an appointment date by Friday, August 10th. If you will recall, you had thought possibly Friday evening or that following Monday evening (after 6:30 pm). I never heard back from you again, even though I left other messages for you. Why do you not call people back or answer your phone? We valued you as our pets' veterinarian, and we would certainly like to rectify this disagreement.nKim Witt
