My Father and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received. We arrived at the Dallas funeral home as discussed with Donald (which was also printed on her obituary) and the doors were locked with no one there. I called Donald to find out that they never moved my moms body to the Dallas location. The entire family had to wait outside for them to show up and transfer the body. The Dallas location of course was not prepared for the service. This occurrence made an extremely difficult day even harder.
