I ordered a centerpiece for a family member for Christmas. I ordered the welcome home centerpiece in a deluxe version at $84.99 plus tax and delivery charges. Instead Flowers by Karen cheaped out and sent something that vaguely resembled their Rustic Christmas Centerpiece that sells for 39.99. But it wasn't even clost to that. There were no roses or lillies in it only cheap red and white carnations and daisies. Instead of a lantern in the middle there were two red tapers that were all crooked and a disheveled mess of greens as a base. At most a $20 piece. I would give them zero stars if possible. They thought because it was an internet order send from a distance I wouldn't find out. I was a florist and I know to ask for photos of my gifts. Shame on this so called florist trying to pull a fast one and gypping what could have been a repeat customer many times over!!
After having a horrible experience with one of those cooperate middle man flower companies I found Karen just as she was closing. She took her time to make sure the delivery would be exactly what was wanted and needed but also was so comforting over the bad experience. She was able to tell me something that would be perfect that fit into my price range and work with making sure the customer was called first and worked with. The customer care that Karen showed makes this recommendation very high on the list. Thank you Karen for being you and being my flowery angel when I needed one.
I placed an order online for the same day and they delivered it no problem. My girlfriend loved the flowers and stuffed animal! I will definitely use you guys again.
