The people that work here are always pleasant. Although I like the veterinarians at Webster clinic in Webster Groves, the people that answer the phones there are not very nice it seems. They always seem to be troubled to actually answer the phone which happens to be their job. Again, the veterinarians are wonderful there. But because of the phone situation we try to go to St. Louis veterinarian center off of grand. So we go to this place instead. Everyone is always seriously pleasant, and very helpful.
I went there with my puppy. Scheduling the visit was fast and easy. The visit went very well, the technicians, assistants and the doctor were very friendly and professional. Dr. Brown answered all my questions and provided me with options and a plan to take care of my puppy. I am very happy with the center and I am glad we have such a place in our neighborhood.
Dr. Alicia and the staff at STL Vet Center are absolutely amazing. They see both our dogs and treat them wonderfully. Dr. Alicia will take all the time you need to understand and answer any questions you have. And most times they are quick to respond to any questions once you leave the office.
We had an emergency, and they worked with us and managed to fit us in same day. They were fast, compassionate, and caring towards both my 13 year old puppy and me.
I've been taking Blue to St. Louis Vet Center for nearly a year. Despite a minor mix up in picking up some medication, all has been perfect. Highly recommended!
