Friendly and knowledgeable technicians that will answer or find an answer to any pet question. Typically very busy as this is located in a pet-heavy area, so bring a portion patience. For those in a rush,, they have a drop off service starting at convenient hours.nnAlso, be aware that this is more like your pet's GP and they will refer you to other vet hospitals for specialty treatments or emergency services.
Great customer service. The staff treat the animals and pets like they are part of the family, it's a plus that animals and humans are capable of coexisting and shopping together. Now, nobody is left alone at home!
I have to say that is pet hospital is the absolute best I love my cat like she's my kid and they make me feel like I'm the only one there. My cat also loves everyone there!
Fast appointment, friendly staff and vet called and thoroughly informed me about my cat. Even called to check up on Scrappy 24 hrs later.
They were kind enough to fit my Basset Hound in when his face had swollen up. They were very thorough and attentive and not over-priced for their services. We'll be back!
