The staff is very supportive and helpful. We adopted two dogs from their rescue and it was a very positive experience.The people who work there are great and they take good care of the animals in their care.

Great place and people. But most important my dog likes them.

Dr. Smith saved my dog's life. I will likely never go to another vet again. The team of women that work at this clinic are wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Owner claimed a debt over an employee's dog that was purchased from the owner during employment. The cost was taken out of their paycheck. Jewel sent an invalid debt to collections even though it was already paid. Strangely this was from over 8 years ago. This had been addressed with collections but I guess that wasn't good enough, and the debt collection attempt seems to have resurfaced.nnAdditional info: employee was asked to perform procedures on a small animals, which they did not have training for (on top of having been asked to bring puppies home to die from parvo), the employee left abruptly due to harsh working conditions (also injured by one of the animals and the owner simply glued the wound shut...). The employee had to quit due to personal safety concerns so it would seem the abrupt departure had rubbed the owners the wrong way... why they would choose to continue to pursue a debt collection (that had the collection agency the debt had been sold to had already agreed to no longer pursue), while being guilty of multiple worker safety violations (improperly treating an employee injury, being asked to perform procedures not having been trained for, and having to work with chemicals without proper protection), I can only imagine is some odd personal vendetta. We will be working with the debt collection agency and the BBB to ensure this false debt collection attempt is reported as fraud, as this is the second time this false debt collection attempt has happened.
