My go to vet for all my pets! Thanks for being awesome! The staff are super kind, understanding and empathetic! The prices are the best around! Vet knows his stuff and knows what he's doing! I always recommend him, no matter what! All around a great place to take your pet for all needs!!

Very clean and pleasant place. The services are high quality for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this veterinar. I have 3 cats that Bruce treated and when I get my first dog this is definitely the place were I want to be treated.

We were looking for a new vet for our 2 dogs and I'm shocked how horrible this veterinary practice is! When I called to make and appointment the receptionist was very rude and short with me. She explained I probably didn't need to do a heartworm test for dogs that were on heartworm prevention even if I did miss some heartworm prevention doses. (That is totally not true)(especially if you love your pets, want the best care for them and are willing to spend the money!) When we showed up for our yearly exam and vaccine appointment a few minutes early we were shocked to have to wait over 35 minutes when there was only one other client in the building who appearedto be picking up a dog. When we finally went back to the exam room the receptionist who checked us in quickly drew blood and vaccinated my dogs in one fell swoop while they were still on the ground! So fast I couldn't even get words out before she was already leaving the room and gone! I was shocked that it didn't appear to be a veterinarian? Unless they happen to have a veterinary/receptionist? I wouldn't know because she did not talk to me, introduce herself, or her position. Next thing I know she is back to rush us off so we can pay. I asked why we didn't get a physical exam like yearly vaccines typically include. She explained that I would have to make a separate appointment and pay extra for that. After leaving I noticed that our rabies certificate appeared to be digitally signed by a Dr. Bruce Hood? I don't know who that is but I doubt it was our female receptionist. A LICENSED VETERINARIAN IS TO ADMINISTER RABIES VACCINES!!! She could have been Dr. Hood, Considering she did not introduce herself, but I'm going to guess probably not. I was so frustrated over the whole experience that I forgot to purchase flea and tick medication. I chose to purchase it from Chewy online so I wouldn't have to make a trip back. After a few days waiting on my prescription to be approved by the clinic. Chewy contacted me saying it had to be approved in a few days or it would be canceled. I called the clinic to ask why it was not approved. Only to find out they do not approve chewy prescription flea and tick medication because they claimed chewy doesn't sell genuine medication like they do. SO THEY WOULD NOT APPROVE MY CHEWY PRESCRIPTION! I asked what I was supposed to do and they said I would just have to purchase it through them. I spent extra money and time to take my dogs to another vet to get the medication because I will not give these horrible people anymore money!

The women at the front desk were passive aggressive and rude. Upon picking up our dog from a neuter and routine shots, we found his claws cut too far and bleeding. We were not notified, and upon calling, whichever lady answered provides no remorse or apology, told us to put some flour on it, and hung up. We will not be returning.
