Our poor puppy had to visit the Pet ER twice this last month, and had to stay over one night. I am so happy to have this resource in Howard County. They are so professional, and they communicate frequently with pet owners. The veterinarians were skilled, friendly and very accessible through the whole process. And the whole team was top-notch, from the vet techs to the administrative staff. Thanks to their great work, our puppy is now back to her happy, playful self. I would recommend this amazing resource to anyone!
I was very pleased with my experience. They got my boy in as quickly as possible, were always gracious when I called to check in with me and were straight forward. They gave me clear guidance on follow-up and gave me plenty of clear options for treatment. The price was well under expectations and they gave me prices ahead of treatment. I’m very lucky I happened upon them! Also, my dog is doing great ❤ufe0f
I really appreciate all the staff at Pet ER! My baby Rambo came in critical condition and the staff and doctors assisted immediately and took excellent care of him. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. They allowed us to call and check in our baby even at 2 am when we were worried sick. They helped us find a program to be able to afford his care which was the most helpful as it help take away some of the stress. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know for the best care of their fur babies!! Ps Rambo is doing extremely well and flourishing!!
Dr. Perez was very nice. The rest of the staff, HORRIBLE. HUGE MONEY GRAB. Avoid, or it will cost you hours and hundreds of $$$, you can get the same services at any vet for less than half the cost. We spent over 6 hours there, and not once after my cat was taken within the first 30 minutes of our ordeal was I updated. After 3.5 hours, I called to see what the status was, at 6:50pm I was told the doctor would be calling me any minute, and they were finishing up. At 8pm, I went inside since no call came, I asked front desk staff for an update, said they would check and call me in a few minutes. Half an hour later, no call, AGAIN. The doctor called soon after. In 6 hours, when I was told over the phone that it would be about 2 hours, all they did was a physical and dental exam. I was quote $1,010 for the appointment, basic blood work, and 1 x-ray, and told it would be 3 more hours. I declined, and it STILL took another 30 minutes to simply pay and leave. I got there at 3pm, and left after 9pm with nothing really done. DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT, DON'T STRING PEOPLE ALONG FOR HOURS WITH NO INFORMATION AND THEN PRICE GOUGE THE HELL OUT OF PEOPLE. I'm sitting at Harbor View Animal Hospital in Canton right, the price alone is almost $600 CHEAPER for the exact same care plan.
Experience was wonderful, easy and thorough. Never had to leave my car and the techs and doctor were always in contact with me about my dog. Even my precious girl had a great experience and felt/feels much better.nnPlus they were so close!
