I had a horrible experience here. We’re military and we had to stop on the road to our new duty station to get our puppy seen for a urinary tract he acquired on the road with us and they took him in at 9:45 am and said they would do the analysis. That it would take 1 hour. 10:45comes and I check in and they haven’t even done the analysis yet. Telling me we have to wait another hour because one of their vets is in surgery and she needed to check over the results. So two whole hours. Then I proceed to tell them. No, we got to get back on the road so something needs to happen.nOkay. Switched vets. We still need to do the analysis in the first place. .... it supposedly was done and we were waiting on results and the first vet to be out of surgery? Or so I thought. Then we were told it Should be another 30 minutes to go run the analysis and then find out what’s going on. So they didn’t do the analysis in the first place yet. Wasting our time and not caring about us needing to continue our trip. I felt like being military we truly weren’t respected for our time and urgency of needing to get back on the road with two kids and our pup back in good health.

Super limited services. They can do routine exams and vaccinations, but if something major comes up, they aren't equipped to handle it and they won't even try to diagnose it on their own - they'll just refer you to another vet where your expensive monthly wellness plan is totally useless (and they won't offer to put the plan on hold for you or anything while you pet is under the care of another vet). Don't bother paying for the Wellness plan. It's supposed to save you money in case there's some emergency - it doesn't. I did the math, and at $86/month for 2 cats and a dog (and it doesn't cover everything - extra charges all over for teeth cleaning and antihistamine shots and such), I was paying over $1000 per year for basically just vaccines and a VERY quick once-over during their yearly physicals.nThey also aren't compassionate at all. The day my cat died, I called to have them cancel his wellness plan, and they just told me they couldn't help me (although they're certainly able to sign you up for the plan) and I'd have to call the business office, which is a toll free number that dumps you into a rather callous automated system, which ultimately told me there were high call volumes and the wait time was 26 minutes.nI'm horrified by what I experienced from this group while handling loss of my pet and the last months leading up to his death. I am removing my other pets from this vet and will not go back.nDisgusting.

Really great pet hospitals across America.nWish there were more closer to the military bases in some areas but will still take them where they can be seen by good and caring people.

Drove 2 hours with my pet. They took her as a new patient. Quick, professional service. Reasonable price.

The vets and staff take such good care of my babies. I drive all the way across town to use them. Highly recommend.
