Eh. Charged me for a test that they said they were going to do... no results from that test.. yall gotta at least fabricate some kind of results if you're going to charge for a test lol. I'm convinced that this facility will solicit payments for tests/ diagnostics and procedures and then not even do it. It is true, money hungry. Told them I wasn't going to need a prescription for my pet, because they were automatically charging and dispensing meds for him. Charged my anyways for the next refill after I told them I did not need them lol. Do Dr. Core a favour and take your pet to another facility the man is ancient and going to retire anyways. Smells like piss everytime you walk in. There are way better facilities around here.
Employees are VERY positive and helpful. When seen by vet she's super understanding and communicates well. Really set our minds at ease. Made the experience really smooth. Their bed side manor is amazing. They were being sweet to our dog ud83dudc36 and really explaining everything every step of the way.
Dr Core is the best, treats my dogs as he would his own
Dr Core and Staff caring and took the time to explain surgical procedure that our English Bulldog had to have. She is now in physical therapy and doing fine.
I would give them no star if I could this place only cares about getting your money. I called and receptionist and couldn't get an answer for my question. So, I asked if I could leave my number to talk to a doctor and she told me only if my pet has been there before. Which my pet has but because of the manner I was treated I will never bring my pet back there again.
