I will never take my animals anywhere else. They have now helped me keep two guinea pigs comfortable and happy in their last days, and my doggo Maggie (who was hurt by a vet previously) absolutely loves the techs and both drs. They take time with each patient, and always encourage questions. The office is incredibly efficient in using a curbside drop off protocol; I've never waited more than 5 minutes to drop off or pick up. This is an incredible place with amazing people who will treat your animal as if they are a part of their family.

Halcyon is an amazing place for all of your animal babies. They have such huge hearts and are so understanding. They always help me understand what they have done to treat my animals and what I need to do to keep up the plan.nAlso, they are great at boarding my babies. I feel safe leaving them here when we go out of town for long trips.

The practice was good. Everyone is super friendly and loves the animals. I unfortunately only got the COVID experience and Never was allowed to accompany my pets inside. Hard to review, but this practice is probably really good for routine stuff. I brought a Great Dane with some puzzles and wound up no more intelligent than before. I was also told we would review the diet and never did. The vets do take all the time you need to explain and educate you, which I loved.nnI do want to share a little warning to anybody who wants to try to do a good thing and rescue a stray. This clinic will not provide any sort of discount for trying to save a stray life. I brought in a sweet little cat who was in pretty rough shape but blood work showed only an infection, nothing immediately threatening, from what I was told. Almost $1,000 later, the cat I only knew for thirty minutes but already fell in love with, passed away overnight. No rebate. No contribution from the vet. I have never experienced this at any of my other clinics before (I’ve moved a lot). I didn’t have $1,000 to burn leisurely, but wanted to save a life. It is what it is.

I love the care and compasion the whole entire staff have for my pet. Also love how they take care of exotic pets like reptiles! Definitely 5 stars!!

They take great care of my pomeranian. He likes them and I would recommend this vet if you are searching for someone to take care of your pets.
