I held back on this but I feel I needed to say something after reading other reviews. I brought my puppy in for two rounds of shots over a period of a couple months. The vet hardly introduced himself and questioned the breed of my dog as though he didn’t believe me when I told him the breed. (AKC registered) The vet would administer a vaccine then turn to his assistant and ask him what he just gave the dog. You’re literally the vet but don’t know what you just injected my dog with? They had her so uncomfortable she had begun to try and get away they then proceeded to wrap their hands around her neck and scared her so much to the point she lost control of her bowels on the exam table. We will not be back.

Super sweet staff that is always accommodating if you need urgent care. They took such great care of my aging pet and did everything they could for him until it was time to let him go. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ritter is an awesome vet. Very courteous, extremely knowledgeable. The entire office was sympathetic and understanding when we forced to make the most difficult decision regarding our family pet. Their professionalism was very much appreciated.

I felt like the receptionist should have asked probing questions when I called to ask for a price on routine physical and shots for my dogs. I was told $225 a dog. I brought 2 dogs. I left owing $600+. She should have asked what kind of heartworm-flea medicine i used in the past instead of giving me the more expensive pill form. The vet was a little rude acting towards my male dog. I didn't want them to get a flu shot because I dont get that shot for myself but they forced it. When I asked why I had to get that shot I was told it is because they are a boarding facility. I have not planned on boarding my dogs there. They tried to get me to buy expensive maintenance medications which I declined. I hope to find a vet that is more animal focused rather than financial focused. I hope to help others make more informed decisions with my comment.
