Boone Funeral Home

I have not had any experience dealing with a funeral home or making arrangements for cremation before. I would like to thank Chuck Hartman for helping me with this difficult task. He was very well informed and knowledgeable, and quickly walked me through the process. Even though it was a Saturday morning. I was caught by surprise about the hospital where my Uncle died, and didn't have a morgue. So his body needed to be picked up ASAP. I had made a few calls and found Boone's to be the most reasonably priced. Fortunately you were remarkably helpful, respectful, and caring in my time of need. I have also found the weekly attachments to very helpful also. I appreciate all your help and professional staff's empathy.

I was very disappointed with this place. My Mothers makeup was 3 shades darker than her complexion among other things. They had no compassion about anything. After the funeral they started taking up the carpet and lowering the casket before we even left. The burial was at 12:00 and she said that had to be back in Bossier by 3. The service was over at 1 pm. You people had 2 hrs to get back which only takes about an hour. So disrespectful. I would never use them again.

They are nice and good prices....but after waiting for 10 weeks I called and they had death certificate...didn't have the 5 others I needed and payed for...and they totally forgot to mail them...now I have to wait another month...they need help getting organized....and they close at 4 pm and not open on weekends...but again nice people

The staff there are wonderful. They understand your predicament and make you feel at home with them. Their assistance does not end with the actual service to your loved one. They continue with helpful information to help with the “after needs” of the family. Things like how to deal with the SSA, financial dealings, legal problems, etc. You can’t beat their service. They’re great.

Excellent experience during a difficult time. Customer service goes above and beyond even after your love one is taken care of. Boone helps with important document reminders for the survivors and also follows up months after cremation to reach out in a welfare check. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Funeral Home that goes way beyond in customer service from what one might expect.
