Paradox Spay & Neuter Clinic

Yes the prices are great, however My friend took two of her cats there to be neutered and when she picked them up their carriers were SOAKED and so were they. When we got home and She released them they acted as if they had never been there before , they seemed shy and not too sure of us. I’m not making any assumptions but when We dropped them off they were angels and hours later after being in the vet’s care they were two different cats. Not to mention one of her cats wound opened and when She called to ask advice on what to do all the receptionist told her was to “look at the aftercare sheet” in which she did not give her so We try to call back 3 more times and no answer. Unbelievable, if you love your animals please choose wisely who you go to!

Good prices, but signage on door states ‘masks must be written correctly insides’ yet I just witnessed three people walk right in without ANY mask on. What’s the point of having the signage as a PRIVATE business, yet you won’t even enforce it? Quite disappointing that a medical facility, be it for animals or not, won’t even enforce a mask policy. Edit: just went in and two front desk employees didn’t have on masks, had them pulled under their chin while taking with customers ud83dude1e

They were very informative about the after care of the surgery. Not only did they email me multiple copies of the direction but they handed me hard copies and verbally explained the aftercare their prices are so reasonable. They were very organized and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Great value. Sweet people overall but my experience with the person who took my dogs weight got frustrated while weighing her. Shes a big girl and I was there to help. Still 5 stars because my girl is safe and well. Please don't lose patience with the scared pups. Shes big but she is still just a baby. I was a bit surprised they called me back to get her out for her shot but I didn't mind. When I got there though it was already done. A call would of been nice. Regardless, my girl is well and I was so extremely worried because that's my heart. Thanks for caring for my baby girl. Remember pups and owners are scared too. You do this every day, we don't. Thank you for her care ❤

As a new Mini Aussie mother I was worried about my dogs healing process. Their staff sent my video I sent over to a doctor to review the concern. I was contacted after hours by the staff member stating all is okay and no need to worry. This saved me a visit and made me feel so much better!
