They do not care what so ever about you as people. All they care about is money. If you don't have money or make a visit they don't have time for you. So rude to the point they hung up the phone on me multiple times just for asking questions. Dr Hughes is good but he needs new staff members!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

We took our cat to have him fixed and the staff was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

I called bc the website saysthey handle emergency and urgent situations, but I was told my cat couldn't be seen til Friday. I explained my at had surgery a few days ago, her incision is open, and she's not doing good at all and the lady said we don't have time. I don't understand how they can turn down an animal in need like that

Dr Hughes is the best ! He saved my Ozzy . Also his staff is the most loving and caring. You can tell they generally love what they do and treated Ozzy as if he were theirs . I am grateful for all they have done . ❤ufe0fud83cudfc6
