It's where my dog goes to the vet rascal

The puppy doesn't particularly like going here, but my wife really likes the people and they take excellent care of HER puppy.

Good vet. Seems to care for the animals. But HORRIBLE wait times. Sat in the car for more then 2.5hrs before even being seen.

This will be the last time I bring any of my animals to this location. The only person that showed any amount of professionalism is the kind lady in the office answering calls. There was a tall heavy set woman that came to my car that was extremely rude the whole time. She was very unpleasant. I let her know in advance that my cat will try to attack beforehand which she seemed to brush it off. When my cat was being treated, the Vet called me and said that my cat ran out of his carrier and that they had to put gloves on to get him back inside. He also informed me that he had bitten his own tongue and was bleeding. Yes, I know that my cat can lash out when he is scared but I don’t feel like this was handled properly. I just have to take the Vet’s word for what happened because nobody is allowed inside. Once back at home, I noticed that (not a little blood) but a stream of blood leaking down from my cats face and he had urinated all over himself. After making a complaint, I was then told that we shouldnhave told them that he needed to be sedated but that they can not sedate cats late in the afternoon. How was we suppose to know that? You guys are responsible for the proper handling of animals.

Even during peak hours, amidst this 2020 chaos, they have consistently helped me with my animals with incredible customer service and superb pricing. You can tell they care and want to get you taken care of quickly- BUT WITH QUALITY! Could not ask for a better vet to be just down the road from me!!
