Nepstad's Flowers and Gifts is definitely the place to order flowers in Mitchell. My elderly mother lives there and over the years I have used Nepstad's to send her flowers from time to time. Every order has been excellent, delivered on time, and much appreciated by my mother. I can't thank them enough for the great service and the consistent high quality presentation.
