I love taking my cat here. I think they’re prices are reasonable and my cat is calm when she’s getting her exam here. We always have a great experience at this office. The staff is wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The staff is wonderful and compassionate. Dr Fraker helped us through the passing of my sweet Gizmo with such kindness. They continue to be a wonderful team to take care of my other fur baby. I can’t recommend them enough.

Recently took mu pups. In... both were suffering with allergies. I believe I was given great service and treatment. They didn't just charge me for expensive medicine. But suggested OTC medicine. I wasn't charged for a follow-up either. My dogs love the people who work here!

All of the employees at Fayetteville Animal Hospital are very courteous, friendly, and have answered all of my questions concerning both of my pets. I'm grateful that they are keeping me aware of their upcoming appointments and shots. This is a great veterinary establishment. Once, again, thank you.

Second time I’ve been disappointed with the service here. First I sent records over 3 days before appointment they still unnecessarily tested my dog for heart worms and added a $10 fee to the Bill for her already $50 bath (even tho she isn’t long coated) when I told them of the discrepancy they never apologized nor did they take fault for over charging me. Even stating that the staff called before hand as if that changes the fact that they tested her (they did not call the number left that morning until pick up). No vet report was given afterwards. I had to ask and was only told she gained weight. No real Veterinarian advice or notes given. Second time I paid a deposit for boarding but due to Corona I had to change plans. I called to ask if it could be applied differently and was told “Well we could just take it and call it a wash” once the so called manger got frustrated. I was saying it’s the same money you’re making but she kept saying it’s a lost. Nasty attitude and poor service. Not to mention they sent an email upping the bath prices $5 which they are already far above pricing in the area. Pulling my dog from this place.
