Banfield Pet Hospital

Took my yorkie Callie on today for her vaccinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brittany at the front desk was so nice and very professional. I signed up for a monthly plan for my pet. We will be back later if needed for other things. Great experience

Took my dog for a new pet visit. It was ok... Nothing against Banfield I just prefer a stand alone vet office.

Very busy and a bit disorganized, but they accurately diagnosed and helped resolve my dog's eye ulcer that came out of nowhere (I blame her rough play with sticks!). They were willing to see us same-day, but we waited for hours, and they gave us the name-brand instead of the generic for medication, which made it quite expensive.

I took my new cat Poppy in for initial assessment since we bought her from PetsMart. Her abdomen was rock hard and I was worried she may have been constipated or sick. I didn’t get to see any actual assessment done and they had her for about 5 minutes in the back before they came and told me “it was normal.” I didn’t get any paperwork that showed the assessment. Turns out she had FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), found about 1.5 weeks later at the new vet we began taking her to and she had to be euthanized. I wish they could have caught it when I brought her in originally, instead of a week and a half later. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back, and won’t be recommending Banfield to our friends.

Love this Banfield over the other locations. Here, I feel like the staff truly care about my pets and me as well.
