Dr. Erne is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions, took the time to call after hours. Our dog Lucky is 15 years old and he treats her like she were a dog of any age. He doesn’t dwell too long on the past or bring up all of her issues, but rather looks forward and does the best he can do to help her.
The Dr helped my 5 lb chihuahua manage his pain with medications. I can't say that he won't eventually need a $7K MRI & neck surgery but for now he's recovered enough to be back to himself. We are grateful for the guidance on the medication regime. And the Dr actually emails me back and/or calls to answer my questions!
They were very kind to my dog, and acted like they actually wanted to help him.
