St Augustine Regional Vet Emrgncy

Have a 11 week old puppy that was being walked at 2am and she hurt her leg coming off a curb. Went to Google and searched for a 24 hour vet clinic and found this solution. Both Ann and Justin were amazing in their care of our puppy coming to the conclusion it was just a soft tissue sprain. They could have easily said she needed x-rays for $240 but they were honest and professional. Very fortunate to have them in our community.

I couldn't be happier with St. Augustine Regional Vet Emergency. It's never easy to make the decision to put your dog down and it certainly wasn't for me, but St Augustine Regional made it much more comfortable for us, they gave us the time we needed, hugged us, even sent us a card afterwards. They took great care of my dogs remains to ensure I get her ashes back quickly. I'd give them a 10 if I could.

Our 9 month old Golden Retriever was bitten 3 times by a pigmy rattle snake late on a Friday evening . We live in Palatka so the drive is like 45 minutes for us. Unsure what to do, I called the vet office. The gentleman that answered the phone was very calm, and said that they were able to handle the situation and to head their way!! We headed to Saint Augustine with the puppy in tow. We arrived at the office in which the entire staff was waiting for us and they were already informed by my phone call of the situation. I feel like I wasn’t wasting time by trying to explain the situation. The staff took immediate charge and started taking care of the puppy. We had to leave the puppy for a few hours and I felt very comfortable in doing so. When we return to pick up the puppy, the discharge instructions were thoroughly explained!! Answered all of my questions, wether they were stupid or not. Needless to say our puppy is going to survive!! Thank you to all the staff and doctor at Saint Augustine Regional Vet Emergency Clinic
