They're great with our cat and dog. Really nice staff. They always make sure our fur babies are healthy and happy.

I had a wonderful experience today. I had to bring my cat in for an emergency, and she was taken back without hesitation. The communication was fantastic, and I appreciate the attention to detail with her care. The doctor and staff are wonderful. I really want to thank the front desk ladies for trying to help me figure out my Care Credit. They were so patient and nice, even if it took a while. I am so appreciative of them. Thank you for helping me out today!

Not impressed at all charges $40 plus for antibiotics that would of been way less elsewhere. The pet plans are outrageously priced. Front staff was talking about owners as they wouldnLeave as I sat in waiting chair ( next to a large pee puddle no one cleaned up ) don’t go here the exam seemed fair priced— that’s how they get you because everything else is where they get you. Not impressed won’t be back. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Drop my dog off at 10am this morning and am still waiting at 4:34pm to pick her up. Took for for a limp she has had for about 4-5 days now and took 6 hours hours to get some pain medications! Outrageous!! Will not be bringing her back here not to mention high prices. Also have not received her pain medication I will probably have to ask

If I could give a zero I would. I took my dog to the staff at Banfield after several vomiting fits. We told them we believed it to be an obstruction as we knew he had eaten something a couple days ago (it’s happened before but has always passed). When we were seen we were told that he was being given fluids to hydrate him. We were offered to do extensive testing as well as an X-ray that would be reviewed by an offsite team or we could wait 12 hours to see if he passes it. We were then told by the doctor that he did not believe bloodwork was necessary after I had agreed to it plus the X-ray. I went and picked my pup up and within 6 hrs we needed to rush him to the emergency room. When we got to the emergency room we were asked for the X-rays that we were supposed to get from Banfield (we never received them). He then spent the next 6 hrs getting his levels to a stable level to even be a qualified candidate for surgery. By the time he got to surgery his bowels had started to leak into his body. This is unfortunately not the first bad experience I’ve had with this place but it is the last. I beg you.... do not bring your animals here. They do not care about the well-being of your pets, just how much you could save with their wellness plans. Smdh.
