Fast and friendly service! Very customer oriented and professional . First time taking my puppy to this vet and they were very helpful. Lindsey was able to accommodate me to today’s schedule and very helpful. When I arrived I called them to let let them know I was there. Stephanie, very friendly as well came out shortly and asked me what was going on with my puppy and took him inside the facility. The doctor was extremely nice and understanding. The doctor also called my 6month golden retriever handsome ud83dude0a. I was very pleased with the service here. I drove from Lakeland to this place. I think I just found my baby a new caring vet. Highly recommend this place.

Always a pleasure to bring my dog in for his check ups.. the office staff is awesome and always ready to assist your needs. Love this place. Would recommend to anyone with pets

I'm truly blessed to have a place to take my fur babies, they are so trustworthy, kind and compassionate. I've never felt so comfortable in a animal clinic, the way I feel with them. I recommend them 100%. I've been going there for more than 10 years.

Great to deal with

Horrible customer service and poor caring towards animals. I used to bring both of my dogs here for several years (paid for the dog plans up front, no payments so they had their money) up until recently. The supervisor cut me off mid sentence while I was explaining the situation I encountered multiple times with the front desk staff (mostly Monica) and said she will send both of my dogs medical records to me. Didn’t apologize, did not care one bit of my unhappiness. She was wanting to get off the phone with me quickly instead of listening to me. Horrible care to my pets too. They don’t have the same doctors since they got bought out by corporate. Do not bring your pets there!!!!
