Reception staff was rude and condescending on the phone. Failed to actually make the appointment we requested in the system.nnPrice for advanced diagnostics is more reasonable than most of the other places offering similar services in CFL.

Waited for about 2 hours. There was a puppy howling in pain and they wouldn't even come out to check on him. His leg was clearly broken. Owners did the right thing by taking him elsewhere. Two of the technicians or nurses were extremely passionate about their work and advocated for my baby especially when it came to the vet being incompetent. He was rude and in a rush. My baby was scared and the vets response was to put a muzzle on him so he can get dragged inside. His neck was all tore up and the vet kept pulling on his leash. If I was to ever go back here it would only be for those two technicians. Our babies need more people like them and less like the vet.

It’s so hard to find a good vet nearby these days, but this place is a JOKE. Do not waste your time or money- the place should be shut down immediately. Please do your research before picking a place to treat your fury friend. If you care about your animal my best advice is to use common sense and read the reviews before deciding on a place to care for your animal. Don’t make the same mistake I did going to Osceola Animal Emergency. The wait times are brutally long even with an appointment and the service is extremely poor even with sufficient money. Just look at the location (it’s on the bottom of Vine Street)- the location is nasty with a depressing economy and all life striving on welfare. You couldn’t expect reputable vets or people with the slight interest of understanding to be there. Besides that, they only have one vet on staff (that’s like having one doctor at a hospital). I don’t personally blame the staff for that because it’s managerial issue. They would have better business if they replaced this place with another smoke shop or liquor shop. I wouldn’t take a dead fish there. One word to describe this place: unacceptable. Do not go there. You have been warned.

My cat is very sick. I called at 9am on a Friday and was told I could come in anytime after 3pm as a walk in and the fee would be $65. I got there at 3:30 -3:45 and my cat was refused attention. They refused to see me at all!! I was willing to wait as long as I needed. After arguing back and forth they said they would see her for $500 - just to walk in the door. Any procedures or medications would be additional. This place is a joke!! My cat needed attention and they turned us away! I've worked pet ER for 9 plus years and this is not how any pet emergency center operates. To make matters worse, after arguing with them I couldn't get a vet appointment anywhere else because they were all closing. Kissimmee Animal Hospital (my regular vet) squeezed my baby in before they closed even though they were booked solid. I do not recomend Osceola Animal Hospital to anyone for any reason! They do not care about your pets, they only care about the money.nnAs a response to your response - I did in fact tell you ALL the details you claim I failed to tell you. She us under the care of two different vets. Your receptionists should have relayed the message. And no, she does NOT have a respiratory infection. So before you bash me on your reply, maybe you should talk to your staff. PLUS I just spent $2300 on my cat and $100 before that!!!! I refuse to give anyone $500 to just take my baby in the door when I was quoted $65!!! My issues seem like consistent issues with your practice based on other reviews. I NEVER would have brought my cat to you if I had read the reviews you have. My cat got help elsewhere. You also stated my cat was assessed immediately? Try after about half an hour of arguing! You are a sorry excuess for a so called ER clinic.

Poor level of carenI usually like to give good reviews when I received great services and had never have provided a negative one but this one is necessary due to the lack of empathy and quality of care... Even though a friend of mine already told me she didn’t like how was treated there, I went because I was referred by my pet’s veterinarian clinic... DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY HERE....nn** Almost two weeks ago they denied first time we asked for an emergency admission.nn** They took over an hour and a half during the admission process (2nd attempt) knowing in advance my pet was in severe pain as it was referred by our veterinarian.nn** Even though they’re emergency hospital, after my pet being admitted for a 24 hours treatment of care, they denied after hours or overnight care (even when they originally say yes and already charged for it. No partial reimbursement were provided even when asked) Reason: “They don’t have the proper after hours personnel for the level of care needed...”nn** Provided unnecessary services (blood work and “exams”) to charge more.nn** When asked for records of services rendered excuses were given such as “EKG machine is not connected to a printer so we can provide the readings....” Really!nn*** When I picked up my pet and checked him in the car the bedding was soaked and wet of urine... The person said she was changing the pads regularly... (hummm). Definitely not trust worthy services as very questionable when providing information...
