I'm very impressed with the great customer service and quick delivery from Robert Anthony Florist! I live in Canada and ordered a very nice bouquet of 18 roses with balloon and card for my friend's birthday. They delivered at the time they said they would. My friend was very surprised, happy and blown away by the beautiful roses. I'll definitely use you again! Thanks for your overall excellent service!

My step father uses you guys all the time for my mother! She absolutely LOVES them. Never disappoints! Always on time! The delivery person is always so friendly. The flowers last longer than any service we've ever used. When I walked into her kitchen all I smelled were roses. It was amazing. This arrangement was spectacular. I phoned this florist at 1pm requesting if an arrangement could be delivered same day. They said YES, definitely. It was delivered 1 hour later and my friend was thoroughly delighted with the arrangement. The BEST customer service I have ever encountered in the floral industry. Living across the country, and ordering flowers for a funeral can be daunting, but when you call this shop, they make you feel so comfortable, even making the call personal. Their hold music is even filled with fun facts! FIVE STARS!

I ordered their casket spray (luxury) for a funeral and the day before the funeral I received an email that has stated am I certain I wanted this casket spray because there may already be one ordered for the funeral, since I was unable to attend the funeral I replied back with their ideas and they gave me two options I chose one of the options button the email I had requested if they could send me a photo of the change since it will no longer be a spray after exchanging several emails the last email I sent requesting a picture just so I know what it would look like since this was for a dear friend's funeral I never received a response back nor photo so the luxury flowers that I ordered that started off at the spray I don't know what they finally look like at the end stage because I never received the photo. I would have expected a little bit better customer service coming from a highly recommended florist shop, I personally would recommend if you are going to go to the shop to physically go and if you are out of the state I would recommend looking elsewhere.
