I requested a custom arrangement, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The flowers were fragrant, pristine, and vibrant. The customer service was timely and pleasant. I live in Louisiana and at he last minute, I couldn't make my brother and sister in law's retirement ceremony and celebration in Niceville which was very upsetting. I called Katie's hoping so much that they could get an arrangement to my brother and sister in law today on such short notice. The delivery was waiting for them at the reception place before they arrived and from the pictures I was sent, Katie's really made it look beautiful. Thank you so much Katie's for helping me to send something to them today when I couldn't be there and making it a priority for me. The ladies who answered my call were so nice and helpful.
