I planned a weekend getaway in Key West for the wife on Valentines weekend so I reached out to Petals and Vines to see about having a nice arrangement delivered to the hotel. Not only did they take care of getting everything delivered perfectly but the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. My wife said it was the best arrangement she has ever seen - never mind received. It was.a great start to the weekend and will use them again when we return.

Beautiful flowers !!!! Surprised my parents with flowers and chocolates for their anniversary and they couldn’t be happier. They did a beautiful job, chocolates tasted very good and they don’t have any bad preservatives in them (dad is highly allergic). I ordered this and they delivered about 2.5 hours later. Well done !!!!
First time ordering and it was horrible. My flowers weren’t delivered on the correct date (Birthday) Apparently when delivered no one was home or couldn’t find the address but my aunt was home and address was correct . Business manager said they tried to deliver 3 separate time but not once did they call me the person that paid for these flowers. I had to call and once I did miraculously it was delivered with no problem and within the hour. I would have appreciated a phone call alerting me the issues since I’m ordering from another state. Petals and Vines dropped the ball and once confronted did not have any empathy or concerned. I will never order again or refer anyone to this business
My friend loved the beautiful tropical arrangement. The flowers arrived on time as promised and the specific flowers I requested were included. A great experience for all. I highly recommend. Thank you.
