OMG! Susan was amazing! she was able to put a beautiful arrangement in 15 minutes and deliver right away for my mother in law. I called 2 minutes before they close the shop, and she was very happy to help me. If I can give them 100 stars I would. Highly recommend them!

I ordered flowers on January 30th for my mother for Valentine’s Day. I ordered a full 2 weeks in advance. Of course I planned to surprise her but once I found out the morning of she was only planning to work a half a day I worried the flowers would be delivered after she left. I called them at 9:30 am and the woman on the phone assured me they were scheduled for the morning delivery route. They weren’t delivered until 4:30 pm, meaning not only did I have to ruin the surprise but then had to make my mother stay at work until the flowers a arrived. If I had ordered these flowers a couple of days in advance or the day of I understand having a late delivery. However, I ordered weeks in advance.nnAlso the flowers that showed up were completely different than what I ordered and some of the flowers weren’t even bloomed or partially blooming. Roses that were advertised were supposed to be pink and she received white flowers. Arrangement looks rushed, and sloppy. Very disappointing for an arrangement ordered weeks in advance. Would NOT recommend.
