I have been ordering flowers from SuEllen's Floral Company for years. Always great quality, prompt deliver and excellent customer service.nThis last time, I ordered a wedding anniversary arrangement, as usual everything they always provide was great, however the person that took my order on the phone did not show the same consistency on customer service as before.nIt almost made me feel that I was bothering her by calling and placing an order or that they were super busy to accommodate another order.nAnyway, I had to pick up the arrangement because my order was around the holidays and everywhere were booked out.nAs a person being in retail for several years, when answering the phone always smile and if you have to sight or not feeling yourself put the customer on hold briefly or simply don't answer the phone.nnOther than that, my wife is still enjoying her flower arrangement.nnKeep up the good work.nnSincerely,nnCarlos S.

I ordered an arrangement for a new baby arrival and was not disappointed. I dealt with Alma. She was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She made the experience a pleasant one. The arrangement was beautifully done ,the new parents loved it. An amazing arrangement to add to the memorable occasion. I will definitely utilize their services again. Beautiful arrangement and wonderful service! SuEllen’s Floral Company accommodated me just a few days before Christmas to send flowers locally right on time for the holidays. While they had run out of the piece for the arrangement I had in mind, they created a lovely, unique arrangement at value. I was very impressed with how it turned out and it was such an uplifting, special surprise for my family! I would not hesitate to order flowers there again and recommend to anyone!

Suellen's Floral Company is A+++ they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They're professional, and extremely talented. I have used Suellen for many years all different occasions and my own wedding too. Suellen Floral Company is the BEST in SW Florida. This company stands out from all the rest. Her flowers are fresh and her work is outstanding. have been getting flowers for years from my significant other and this is by far the most beautiful flower bouquet I've ever received. They have stayed a long time they left care instructions and a packet of flower food. They also called me to let me know that the delivery was sitting outside my front door which I thought was very very considerate of them. Thank you so much for a beautiful arrangement!
