All the staff and the Doc were all very friendly, it felt like family there, they explained to me all the options and did not feel pressured one bit. Should have made the switch earlier to Turkey Creek AH, thank you for taking care of my babies! There's no a single thing that would have made my visit better. Keep up the good work!!
Love it friendly staff quick in and out
1st time here. Highly recommended. What an absolutely caring bunch of staff here! Very professional and friendly. Our dog Rusty went for an ear infection and they treated him so well. She, (I cannot remember her name) made sure to go over every detail with me after they discovered he has a heart murmur as well. It's very sad news for us but, at least we know. A big thank you to everyone.
I recently took my Lab Max into see Dr Michele and the team at Turkey Creek A. H., Even with the COVID protocol in place they constantly kept me informed of what was going on, gave me different cost options on treatment. Happily I came home with meds, Max doing great and now a happy puppy. Even received a follow up call from a team member and Dr Michele to check on how Max was doing. You can tell it’s not just a job it’s a love for animals. Thanks everyone.
Being new to the area I was a little apprehensive of having to find a new vet. However, my doggy made the decision quicker for me when he had an unexpected burst cyst. Turkey Creek was recommended to me and I am more than happy with the service from ALL the staff. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. They kept me very informed through the whole process. And took care of my baby so he felt comfortable during his first visit. Thank you Turkey Creek, Dexter and I will be back!
