They do walk ins and the wait can be 30 min or 3 hours. I absolutely did NOT check if you can make an appointment. They are kind to your pets, knowledgeable, explain the issue and solution. They're not expensive. I absolutely enjoy their service

I’ve been multiple times because a family member highly recommended them. Each time it’s an extremely long wait before and after your pet is seen. I just don’t have the time to devote to this.nnToday I had been waiting for 2.5 hrs with my dog for an annual checkup, a guy who got there after me threw a temper tantrum because the wait was so long and got to jump the line...I was still waiting but had to go to work so I decided to just cancel and schedule an appointment at a nearby clinic that’s just as affordable. Will be doing that in the future. Just doesn’t feel like my time is valued.

Update Oct. 20th, 2020nI changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars due to high $ quote for getting a 6 month old male neutered. He’s already up-to-date on all shots. First I was quoted $375 by a woman working in the back. Then at the counter, the lady said, “That isn’t right”. She brought it down to $300. She said it ‘might’ be lower depending...”nnNo thanks, I found Brevard Spray & Neuter.nBecause our male is young and current on shots, cost is $45! And BS&N has excellent ratings!nnGreat medical doctor and friendly, knowledgeable staff at 1/2 the price of my former vet.

I absolutely love this doctor, but I cannot stress enough that there is almost always a long wait. You must plan to be there quite a while. My last visit was 3&1/2 hours, but again, the doctor & staff are awesome.
