My dog had taken very good place to take your animal very courteous respectful follows up with a call to make sure they're okay

I had to put my 15 year old cat down at 6am and they were really nice in a tough moment.

Terrible institution. They would not take in your pet unless you sign agreement of their estimated $$$$ to even take look...literally, they will not let you pass through the door. I took my pet there, which was in critical condition, and they did not care about anything other than you agreeing with the $$$ they mention for them to start seeing your pet and let you in into facility.nnThey showed no empathy and were very cold hearted. After , I had agreed to the almost $1k to supposedly stabilize my pet they then took pet in.nnEventually, they came to conclusion pet had tumor, cancer and somewhat. Doctor, came and told me they could try and take action, but obviously no warranties and amount would surpass D $10Ks..!!!!!!!..other option, he said, was putting put to sleep. He assured me, pet would died for sure that night. So, I was literally forced to put my baby to sleep.....AND, even after putting pet to sleep, I still ended up paying them near $400 to put pet to sleep....and that was without ashes.....amazing is d word....

Our Brutus ripped his dew claw. We called and spoke with Kristen. She suggested we bring him in. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Got us right in, even though they were super busy. Dr. Kim saw and cared for Brutus. She was wonderful and very sweet to Brutus, who is very skittish. We are very pleased with our experience and if we should have another emergency will will definitely go back. We are very pleased.

They took good care of my dog. They do everytime. Thankful.
