Similar to Al, below, I ordered a $115 arrangement after delivery, from a large affiliate, to which they were the florist. I explained that this was a funeral arrangement. This was supposed to be a large white 18-22 inch high end arrangement, assembled with white lilies, roses, snapdragon type flowers and traditional collaring. I order flowers quite often, and understand that substitutions need to be made, with EQUALLY COMPARABLE flowers. I do floral work, and understand sometimes that these substitutions have to be made. However, when my grandmother got the arrangement, it not only was in a vase half the size, it was mostly just greenery collaring with two or three wilting roses that had already browned, 1 hydrangea, snaps and CARNATIONS. If you think carnations are comparable to white lilies, I have beachfront property to sell you in Kansas.nnSo, when my mother called down to ask for them to correct the arrangement, they were very rude. After I called Pro Flowers to complain, they finally came back out to deliver a new arrangement. They were rude to my grandmother, again, in addition to demanding the old arrangement back. Completely unacceptable. If you are a professional of any kind, and you are aware that your services pertain to a funeral/illness, that should make you work even harder to ensure that there is no additional stress on that particular customer. This may have been a professional shop at one point, but it not at present. I understand those large affiliate orders are a pain. However, if you can't do it, don't promise it, and definitely don't get unprofessional with the customer because you can't handle it!

We ordered a floral arrangement we saw on the website. They had to substitute some of the flowers as they were out of some of what was shown on the website. So we went in person to order the arrangement , the lady at the counter couldn't spell my name (Al) so I had to show her my ID to make it easier for her. I told her I wasn't in a hurry but she insisted the arrangement would be ready by 2pm. Well by 230pm we hadn't heard back from them. My wife called them and the lady who answered the phone insulted my wife saying she couldn't understand her. I went down there in person the arrangement looks like a child had thrown it together, flowers appeared old, wilting, brown edges on flowers. Was charged $80 dollars, definitely not worth what we received. Will go somewhere else next time. Not recommended typical for Bay County business they want your money but lousy service and product.

I had placed an order for 2 bouquets to present to my spouse and mother-in-law for my military retirement. The order was placed 2 days prior to the ceremony. On the day of pick-up, they didn’t have the bouquets ready and instead presented me with flowers I didn’t personally select. Thank you for the negative experience and blemishing a monumental occasion for me.
